  Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• Custom or made-to-order items:
  Please allow 3-5 business days for creation before shipping.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

• USPS Ground Advantage / First Class: 2–5 business days

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to USPS, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you in locating the shipment.
