- All standard handmade items (dolls, blankets, beanies, dog sweaters, and similar products) are eligible for a full refund or replacement if returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Delicate or Seasonal Items
- Items like newborn photo outfits or other specialty crochet products are eligible for replacement only if they arrive damaged or defective.
Custom & Personalized Orders
- Any truly custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- If your custom item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement or store credit.
